• Choose food that resonates with your body in less than one minute.
• Avoid "Trigger Foods" that cause fatigue or inflammation before you eat them.
• Discover what really nourishes you, your family, and even your pets.
• Match your diet to your unique energy needs. Avoid ultra-processed foods and detect hidden additives that do not resonate with you.
• The neutral pendulum is a specific tool designed to have no inherent polarity or electrical charge and one without the influence of its own natural energy.
• Only pendulums made from wood, plastic, or all stainless steel can be neutral. Other materials (metals or crystals) may skew the energetic signature being measured.
Radiesthesia. It is the science of using the vibrational fields of the human body to access information about other objects of animate or inanimate nature by establishing resonance with their energy fields. Learn more here.

Hold the string of the pendulum above the back of your hand

Slowly lower the pendulum on the cord and move the pendulum back and forth a little

When the cord length reaches the length that resonates with you, the pendulum rotates clockwise. This is your personal wavelength.

Remember your personal wavelength length by tying a knot in the cord at your resonance length

Test the food you eat to see if it resonates with you. If the pendulum doesn't rotate clockwise, forget it. Whatever it is, it doesn't resonate with your body
